Join us for the 2023 Hometown Holiday Marketplace located at the Cowan Civic Center in beautiful Lebanon, Missouri. This is a massive holiday vendor event featuring over 150 vendors with items to fill any holiday shopping list.

*Show dates are Friday November 17, 2023 10am-4pm & Saturday, November 18, 2023 9am-4pm.

* Address to the event, Cowan Civic Center 500 E. Elm St, Lebanon MO, 65536.

Vendor Set Up 

Wednesday, November 16, 2023 Noon-7pm

Thursday, November 17, 2023 10 am -6pm.

Friday move in 8am-9:30am. (ONLY APPROVED MOVE-INS)

**** If you are not checked in 5pm on Thursday your booth will be forfeited. 

 *Vendor booth numbers & location will be given upon arrival on set up days.

* Payment must be made for Booth(s) rental to reserve your space.

* No Food/Beverage Vendors without prior approval.

* Bring your own change, sacks, carts & supplies. Please remove all trash/items from Booth.

*Vendor must set up and be present during all hours of the event.

*Direct Sales- one booth per direct sales company per person. For example one person can not sell multiple direct sales companies per rented booth to give all vendors a chance.

* Booth tear down and move out starts at 4pm on Saturday, NO EARLY TEAR DOWNS! 

*We reserve the right to refuse future booth rental for early tear downs.

* Forked Road Events nor any Associates of are to be held responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items.

*All vendors are required to give at least ONE donation for goodie bags. We will give away a total of 100 goodie bags. This is a great opportunity for our vendors to get their name out there. Consider adding a business card, etc to a small sample or a discount/give-away in your booth. Be creative- customers love this!

Main Exhibitor Hall- half booth 10x8 $45 each

Main Exhibitor Hall- full booth 10x16 $65 each

Main Exhibitor Hall- Double two 10x16 booth spaces $125.00

MEZZANINE SPECIAL 10X16 Booth w/8ft Table $45.00 

Foyer- The Foyer is the customer main entrance to the building and event. The Foyer connects the exhibit hall to the YMCA and stairs to the upper level of the Civic Center.

Foyer 8 Foot Main Level Space- 8 Foot Table located on the main Foyer level (T1-T3).  Space includes one 8 foot table only, no additional space or electric.

8-ft Tables to be added to existing booth space (excluding table only booths) $5 each in advance(10days before event) or $10 each after the Monday of show week! 

Electricity $10 -Not available on Mezzanine or upper level table spaces. 

Mezzanine(you can access it using stairs or an elevator) 

RENEWAL POLICY: If you are interested in renewing your current booth space for this show next year, you must sign up with full payment at the show check-in booth by closing of show. Once the event ends all unpaid vendor spaces will become available to the public on our website.

*NEW PRICING WILL BE IN PLACE FOR 2024-THE VENUE HAS UPPED THE PRICES, THEREFORE WE MUST AS WELL*
