When will I know what my Booth Number/Location is?

Booth Numbers/Loations are not given until time of Check-in! You CAN Request a location on your on-line order form but NO GUARANTEES are given as to if we can accomidate that. 

Can I Transfer or Sell my booth if I cannot attend a show?

No, we do not allow the Transfer or Sale of any booth to outside parties. You will forfeit your rental with no refund if you cannot attend the show. No Exceptions. 

Why was my booth application Denied or Cancelled?

Possible reasons for denial of booth applications include but are not limited to...

-That "type" of booth is already at max capacity.

-We have another vendor whose booth is too similar and we do not feel comfortable having duplicates.

-Forked Road did NOT receive sufficient information, payment, or contact information.

-A vendor or business was previously "Banned" due to late cancellation\No-show or other reason.

-The Incorrect Booth Size or Type was purchased.

REMINDER: Forked Road Events reserves the right to Deny any vendor for any reason. If we deny or cancel an order the money will be returned to the purchaser via the original payment method.

Am I considered a "Business" or "Yard Sale/Junker" Vendor?

Business Vendors usually consist of any Direct Sales Companies, Any Craft/Boutique Vendors, "Re-Sellers" or any Vendor whose products exist under a Business Name, Website, Business Cards, etc. I.E. Any Vendor who has Acquired, Purchased, Made, or Produced the items in their booth with the intent to re-distribute for profit.

Yard Sale/Junker Vendors may also include Charities and/or Non-Profits!

What shows do Forked Road Events currently host?

As of right now Forked Road Events host 4 Seasonal Shows! 

-Mills Center Marketplace (Mills Center Lebanon, Mo.)

-Spring Community Garage Sale & Marketplace (Cowan Civic Center Lebanon, Mo.)

-Fall Community Garage Sale & Marketplace (Cowan Civic Center Lebanon. Mo.)

-Hometown Holiday Marketplace (Cowan Civic Center Lebanon, Mo.)

Where is the "Mills Center"?

The Mills Center is located on the Lebanon Area Fairgrounds at 650 Mills Drive Lebanon, Mo. 65536. It is a 3,800 sq. ft. structure equipped with a fully furnished enclosed kitchen and bathrooms with multiple facilities. 

Where is the Cowan Civic Center?

The Cowan Civic Center is a multi-purpose flexible event venue located at 500 East Elm Street Lebanon, Mo. 65536. The "Main Hall" is a 46,000 sq. ft. Exhibition hall with an attached Mezzanine that is reachable by stairs and an Elevator. Any Forked Road Events shows may also use other event spaces including the "Foyer" or Meeting Rooms if needed. 

How can I pay for my booth?

We currently run all purchases through our Shopify Website. The payment options are listed at checkout but include Debit\Credit card and Paypal! 

 

PAYMENTS AT SHOWS: If you are purchasing a booth rental in person with a PAPER FORM at one of our shows the payment type will change! Online, Debit, and/or Credit payments will not be available therefore all rentals must be paid for with CASH or CHECK. Any returned checks will automatically forfeit your rental agreement and are subject to a $35 Returned Check Fee that must be paid BEFORE we allow any future rentals.
