Terms & Conditions

  • NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS on any booth purchase nor do we offer booth transfers from one event to the other. Please keep this in mind when you purchase a booth from us- NO REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS regardless of any situation! We will no longer respond to requests in regards to refunds and transfers it is to time consuming and takes away from other vendors.
  • No call-no show will be removed from our vendor list & any future participation in our events.
  • Early booth teardowns will result in being removed from our vendor list & any future participation in our events.
  • To reserve booth space for the same event the following year booth space must be paid for at the end of current years event. Sign up sheets for the following year will be given at vendor check in.
  • Booth will not be held with out payment in full.
  • If we have too many vendors selling the same items, we will contact vendors selling said items by order of last purchase date to move said vendor to a different area then previously purchased or remove said vendor from the event. 
  • Forked Road Events nor any associates guarantees income, sales and or profits to any vendor purchasing a booth.
  • Forked Road Events nor any Associates of Forked Road Events are to be held responsible for accidents, lost or stolen items.
  • We have the right to refuse any vendor booth space and/or service to anyone.
  •  By purchasing a booth space from Forked Road Events you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
